Especially the following operations are involved:

cutting by laser (EuroLaser M 1600)
milling on table milling machines MultiCAM and PACER (table size up to 3,050 x 2,030 mm, engine rounds 18, 30 and 60.000 rps), now also in 3D
polishing of acrylates by table diamond polishing machine
bending of plastic materials on electric wire bending machine 1,200 mm wide and up to 10 mm thick
shaping by saw

Individual parts are consequently processed further
e.g. printing, thermal bending and final splicing and gluing.
