The company was established in 1986 as part of economic activity of Královodvorské železárny Gym Association. In March 1986 the first shop in Prague’s Masná Street was opened and provided especially repairs, assembly and adjustment of ski, skates, tennis rockets and other sports accessories. The sale of advertising objects was a supplementary activity which during the years has become the leading program. The company had four workplaces already in 1989.

Production premises in Králův Dvůr near Beroun were purchased in the middle of 1990 and their reconstruction with the purpose to extend production capacities began immediately. This step enabled us to become a production enterprise with perfect facilities for processing of plastic materials, metals, textile and other materials used in production.
