RHO 600 digital printer
Digital printing is executed primarily on new RHO 600 printer in 400 and 600DPI resolution, 6-colour technology (C,M,Y,K,W,V), with pigment-based inks (inks hardened by UV light and without solvents). This printer can print by white colour (Under as well as OverPrint) and by transparent varnish. But what is the most important, it can print directly on desk media – from any material, up to 40 mm thickness and maximum size 2,050 x 10,000 mm. All this in speed of up to 150 m2 per hour (upgrade to the fastest version RAPID ).
The printer is controlled by Linux “Xeon” working station XW8200 by HP, by means of integrated Durst Dice America Cheetah RIP software.
Large-screen solvent printer
We also print on MIMAKI JV3 160SP printer in resolution up to 1,440 x 1440 DPI, 6-colour technology (C, M, Y, K, LC, LM), solvent-based inks (water and UV resistant inks). It can print on paper, self-adhesive foils, banners, textiles, netted cloth (Mermet), etc. Max. width of printing is 1,600 mm.
As the base material under PVC foils with digital printing mostly plastic boards are used (coplastic, acrylate or dibond, i.e. sandwich formed by surface aluminium plate with plastic layer in the middle), or from metal plate ev. also with bearing frame (metal, aluminium).
