The company was established in 1986 as part of economic activity of Královodvorské železárny Gym Association. In March 1986 the first shop in Prague’s Masná Street was opened and provided especially repairs, assembly and adjustment of ski, skates, tennis rockets and other sports accessories. The sale of advertising objects was a supplementary activity which during the years has become the leading program.
